I was born 24 years ago in Peru, one of the world's most biodiverse countries. Since a very early age, I got addicted to the nature documentaries produced by National Geographic and the BBC, watching in pure awe at the spectacles that the natural world had to offer. During my high school years, I picked up photography and birdwatching, a combination that has taken me many places over the last few years. I am currently finishing my degree in Conservation Biology and Evolution at the University of Victoria, in British Columbia.
During 2017, I am taking a year off university to work on my first photography project alongside the National Geographic Society, focused on the unique an endangered Lomas Ecosystem. I hope to publish this project soon, and start my next adventure!
